Powerhouse Project – Rock Hill, SC

This project included an old historical mill building in Rock Hill converted into a rental complex to appeal to students of Winthrop University. The building consists of 46 units complete with multiple common areas and a gym. ValuFlor installed luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout with baseboard quarter round trim mold and stair treads. This five story complex has brought a lot of attention to the city of Rock Hill and Winthrop University.
